Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, delivering attentive and friendly service, utilizing Chase Mobile App and online banking, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with specialists to address financial needs. Must be able to work in-branch with flexibility for weekends/evenings; candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- College degree or military equivalent is preferred
