Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions, building relationships to meet clients' financial needs, and connecting clients to solutions that align with their financial goals. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to technology platforms; follows established processes and regulatory guidelines; grows knowledge by partnering with experts in lending and investments; manages client flow and outbound activities; and maintains an excellent client experience. Requires ability to work weekends and extended hours and to educate clients on self-service technologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry (preferred)
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (desired)
