Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (e.g., mobile banking, online banking, ATM); efficiently process cash transactions; build deep conversations to understand clients’ financial priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals. The role emphasizes risk culture, operational excellence, client relationship building, and collaboration with experts in small business, lending, and investments to drive a positive client experience in an in-office setting.
Required Qualifications
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Preference: Vietnamese or Spanish
