Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers while safely handling cash, coins, and negotiable instruments. Open and service checking and savings accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and refer clients to specialized departments for mortgage, wealth management, and insurance. Hold conversations to identify financial needs, onboard new customers through follow-up routines, and educate them on digital banking tools. Provide exceptional service through our SWARM Banking approach, consistently meeting monthly sales and service metrics. Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 3 years of cash handling experience
- 2 years retail banking experience
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience
- Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays during the hours of 8:30am – 1:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customers
