Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Deliver attentive, friendly service and educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Build trust through consultative communication, understand financial needs, and tailor product recommendations. Learn products and procedures quickly to advise clients and connect them with our team of experts while adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services, high school degree or GED, and licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) with onboarding support; ability to work weekends/evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- The position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Requires NMLS registration upon active employment and ongoing compliance.
