Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch focused on building and managing meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering attentive, friendly service; meeting with clients in person and over the phone; tailoring product and service recommendations; educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); quickly learning products and procedures to consult on banking solutions; collaborating with specialists to address specialized needs; and adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
