Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to meet financial needs; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience and identify solutions for clients by understanding their financial goals; operate within established processes and guidelines and adhere to applicable laws and regulations; develop knowledge of banking products and services to support client needs and contribute to sales and relationship management within the financial center.

- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results orientation
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver a client experience that improves clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Effective communication and confident engagement with all clients
- Comfortable educating clients on simple banking transactions via self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Follows established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Efficient time and capacity management; focus on results in the best interest of the client
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours; flexible to be scheduled at various financial center locations
