Job Summary
Relationship Banker position at a Chase branch focused on building and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering attentive and friendly service, meeting with clients in person and by phone, understanding financial needs, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), gaining proficiency with products, services, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register or update your NMLS record to reflect JPMorganChase employment; compliance with the SAFE Act is required.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
