Job Summary
Relationship Banker role in a Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on delivering attentive, consultative service and guiding clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). The position requires building trust, understanding clients’ financial needs, tailoring product recommendations, and collaborating with a team of experts to address specialized financial needs, while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
