Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase in Valley Cottage, NY. Build and manage meaningful client relationships by providing attentive, consultative service and tailored banking solutions. Lead client engagements in person and by phone, educate clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with specialists to meet financial needs. Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive relationship management and effective communication. Requires at least 1+ year of sales-oriented banking experience and a high school degree or equivalent; licensing (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life) with Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire; ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
