Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and manage relationships by processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and proactively connecting clients to products. Perform basic customer and cash transactions, including balancing cash daily, while resolving account opening, maintenance, and ecommerce issues. Assist in all branch operations, from opening and closing the office to supporting special projects, and refer customers to other departments for specialized financial services. Identify risks, escalate concerns, and adhere to BSA and AML policies. Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution regarding deposits and other products, adapting to digital channels as needed. Available to travel to any branch location for support as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Banking or financial services experience
- Previous cash handling experience
