Relationship Banker

Greet customers, build rapport, and master UniBank product knowledge to serve as their single point of contact for all banking services. Process teller and platform transactions quickly with minimal errors, verify transactions, and prove cash drawers to ensure compliance with UniBank Standards of Performance Policy. Open new accounts, certificates of deposit, and consumer loans while cross-selling products and making appropriate referrals to other departments. Proactively resolve customer complaints, implement sales strategies, and participate in business development and outreach projects. Adhere to established policies, maintain security by opening and closing the bank and vault, and deliver strong community visibility through local events.
