Job Summary
Manage assigned clients by meeting with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product recommendations. Deliver attentive, friendly service that creates a welcoming environment while educating clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Engage in consultative communication to anticipate needs, ask questions, and listen actively to build trust. Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialized experts. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, including completing required training. This role requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services. Applicants must hold the SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses, or obtain them within 180 days. The position involves branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
