Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM). Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; cultivate deep conversations to understand clients’ financial priorities and connect them with solutions across small business lending and investments. Build relationships to meet financial needs, follow established processes and regulatory guidelines, and drive the client experience. Collaborate with specialists to expand service capabilities, manage center traffic and outbound calls, and support sales goals while maintaining compliance. Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to learn new technology platforms, communicate confidently with clients, and be available to work weekends or extended hours at a designated financial center location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals

- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
