Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers by greeting them by name and understanding their current and future financial needs. Safely handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments while processing deposits, withdrawals, and opening various checking and savings accounts. Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialized departments for mortgage, wealth management, and insurance services. Utilize technology to educate customers on digital banking tools and resolve technical issues. Contribute toward monthly sales and service metrics through consistent follow-up routines for new customers. Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays from 8:30am – 1:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 3 years of cash handling experience
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience
- Consistent weekend availability on Saturdays during the hours of 8:30am – 1:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- Experience in opening accounts for Small Business customers
