Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase in Tampa Bay Southeast Market: deliver attentive, friendly service while leveraging banking solutions and technology to educate clients, build lasting relationships, and connect them to experts for specialized financial needs. Responsibilities include managing assigned clients, meeting with them in person and over the phone, tailoring product recommendations, and maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong communication, client-focus, risk awareness, and ability to operate within branch hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. NMLS registration under SAFE Act with ongoing compliance requirements.
