Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase branch in Brandon, FL. Focus on delivering attentive service, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and tailoring product recommendations while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires sales experience in retail banking or related industries, excellent communication, ability to resolve client issues, and willingness to obtain necessary licenses within 180 days. Note: licensing, NMLS registration, and compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008; must register/update after start date.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
