Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, educating clients on technology solutions (e.g., Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and delivering customized banking solutions. The role emphasizes customer service, consultative communication, and adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in related industries, high school degree or equivalent, and securities/loan-originator licensing requirements with completion within 180 days. Must be available for branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Expect to collaborate with a team of experts to address clients’ financial needs and leverage fintech tools to enhance the client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

- Felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify from consideration for this position.
- Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act; must register or update registration upon active employment; compliance with NMLS and SAFE Act requirements is mandatory.
