Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately process cash transactions; build relationships to understand clients’ financial needs and connect them to appropriate solutions. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to expand client opportunities, drive the client experience, and ensure adherence to laws and regulations. Hours may include weekends; role emphasizes in-office collaboration and a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours
