Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to meet financial needs, influence clients through conversations to understand financial priorities, and connect them to solutions. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage client experience, appointments, and outbound calls; drive operational excellence and adhere to laws and regulations while growing knowledge of banking products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
