Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with cash transactions and self-service resources (ATM, online, mobile banking). Build relationships to understand clients’ financial needs, conduct in-depth conversations about life priorities, and connect clients to solutions in lending, investments, and other services. Manage client flow and cash responsibilities, follow established processes and regulatory guidelines, and drive a high-quality client experience while coordinating with specialists in small business, lending, and investments. The role supports an in-office culture with flexibility based on business needs and may require weekend hours and travel within the financial center network to serve clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
