Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM/online/mobile banking), process cash transactions accurately, and drive the client experience by building relationships and understanding clients' financial goals. Connect clients to solutions with insights from small business, lending, and investments teams; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; partner with experts to grow knowledge and capabilities; follow established processes and compliance guidelines to do what’s right for clients and the bank.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
