Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions. Build deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, then connect them to solutions across banking products (lending, investments, small business services). Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while delivering a high-quality client experience. Collaborate with experts across lending and investments, follow established processes and regulations, and educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies. Must be able to work weekends/extended hours and relocate within reasonable distance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Proficient in educating clients on self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial services products (lending, investments)
- Capability to build relationships and manage client experience
- Adaptability to learn new information and technology platforms
