Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions (ATM, online/mobile banking) and to connect clients with solutions that meet financial goals. Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, managing client flow and appointments, driving the client experience, fostering relationships to grow business knowledge, and collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments while complying with laws and regulations. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, time management, adaptability to different financial centers, and willingness to work weekends and travel to various centers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
