Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions, build relationships to identify financial needs, and connect clients to solutions in lending, investments, and small business products. Manage center traffic and outbound calls, drive the client experience, and adhere to laws and internal guidelines. Demonstrates strong communication, problem solving, time management, and adaptability to learn new technologies while supporting a flexible schedule that may include weekends and travel to different financial centers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
