Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile, online, ATM); process cash transactions accurately and efficiently; develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial priorities and connect them to suitable solutions; build relationships to meet financial needs and grow the client base; collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience while following established processes and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
