Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online/mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships with clients to meet financial needs and connect them with lending, investments, and small-business solutions; educate clients on self-service technologies; drive the client experience and manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; follow established processes and adhere to laws and regulations; focus on delivering value and solutions that improve clients’ financial lives; weekend and extended hours availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- cash handling experience
