Relationship Banker

Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM), processes cash transactions accurately, builds relationships to understand clients' financial needs, and connects clients to solutions that meet financial goals. The role involves following established processes and laws, driving the client experience, managing cash and center traffic, coordinating appointments and outbound calls, and collaborating with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
