Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service tools (ATM, online/mobile banking); process cash transactions accurately; build relationships to understand clients’ financial needs and connect them to appropriate solutions; collaborate with specialists in small business, lending, and investments; manage client flow and outbound calls to drive the client experience in a Bank of America financial center. Proven communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, with flexibility to work weekends/extended hours as needed. The role emphasizes adherence to laws and bank policies while delivering an exceptional client experience.
