Job Summary
Relationship Banker duties include acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver attentive, consultative service; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations; collaborate with a team of experts to address specialized financial needs; comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking/financial services, high school degree, relevant licenses (SIE, Series 6, state registration), and licensing pathway within 180 days; must be able to work branch hours and be comfortable engaging with clients in person and over the phone.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses (minimum requirements)
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
