Relationship Banker - SW Temple area

Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service resources and assist with conducting transactions. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions while building relationships to meet financial needs and drive the client experience. Execute the bank's risk culture by following established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals. This role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and extended hours as needed, with a 1st shift schedule and 40 hours per week.
