Job Summary
Front-line Relationship Banker handling teller and new accounts, cross-sell opportunities, and education of customers on the full range of banking products and services. Responsibilities include processing deposits/withdrawals/loan payments, transfers, and other transactions; educating customers to identify product needs; servicing existing relationships; and supporting sales through asking open-ended questions. Flexible to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings, with at least one year of experience in banking, retail, or customer service. Part-time schedule approximately 19 hours per week with on-site, in-person duties in Santa Rosa, CA.
