Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with a focus on delivering attentive service, understanding financial needs, and tailoring product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborating with experts to address specialized financial needs while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires high school degree or equivalent and financial-licensing prerequisites (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state licenses) with mandatory NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance. Workplace located at the Stafford, VA branch with standard branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6
- state registration (including 63 if required)
- Life licenses (minimum requirements)
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
