Job Summary
Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and on the phone while developing and expanding client relationships. Deliver financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners, and cross-train to perform teller duties as needed. Contribute to meeting and exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and other product/service lines, and advise on consumer lending options while handling teller transactions when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights
