Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses or ability to obtain through licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Knowledge of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs; ability to educate clients on technology solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations
- Compliance with risk parameters and regulatory requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration under SAFE Act
