Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to lending, investments, and other solutions; manage client traffic and outbound calls, and educate clients on self-service technologies to enhance their financial lives; collaborate with experts to grow knowledge of products and services and deliver a consistent client experience; weekend/extended hours flexibility required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
