Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Deliver attentive, concierge-level service and educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Collaborate with teammates to tailor product and service recommendations, while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires familiarity with risk and compliance obligations and ongoing licensing requirements; must be able to work weekend/evening branch hours and quickly learn products and procedures to connect clients with specialists.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
