Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver attentive service in-person and over the phone; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); build trust through consultative communication; learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions; adhere to policies and regulatory requirements; licenses required including SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state licenses; licensing and NMLS/Safe Act compliance; weekend/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under SAFE Act of 2008; must register/update upon active employment; compliance with NMLS requirements
