Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile, online banking, ATM); process cash transactions accurately and efficiently; develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial priorities and connect them with appropriate solutions in banking, lending, and investments; build and manage relationships to meet clients' financial needs, while guiding client experiences and complying with applicable laws; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; learn and adapt to new technology platforms and tools; weekend and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
