Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (e.g., ATM, online and mobile banking); accurately process cash transactions and build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to connect clients with suitable solutions; manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience while adhering to laws and regulations. Requires adaptability, strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to work weekends/full hours in an in-office Solon, OH environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- Six months cash handling experience
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Experience in financial services
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
