Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions (mobile/online banking, ATM), process cash transactions accurately, and have in-depth conversations to understand financial priorities. Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals, build relationships, and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls while delivering a strong client experience and adhering to laws and bank guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (preferred)
- Six months of cash handling experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance (preferred)
