Relationship Banker at Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver attentive and friendly service; educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs; tailor product and service recommendations; understand financial needs and consult with clients to provide banking solutions; learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts; adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements; be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings; 1+ year of sales experience is preferred; required education is a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses with JPMorganChase providing licensing support; NMLS registration under SAFE Act is required upon employment; note on background checks and regulatory requirements as part of qualification.
