Job Summary
Relationship Banker in Sherman, TX at Chase Branch will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), understanding financial needs, building trust through consultative communication, resolving client issues with attention to detail, and adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
