Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase in Manhattan Beach, CA. Provide hospitality-driven service, acquire and manage client relationships, tailor financial product recommendations, and connect clients with technology-enabled solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Collaborate with a team of experts to address clients’ financial needs while adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales in banking/financial services, strong communication and problem-resolution skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends; SIE, Series 6, and state registrations/licensing are required with JPMorganChase licensing program support.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
