Job Summary
Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker in South Lamar leads client service experiences both in person and by phone, develops and expands client relationships, and provides financial solutions through consultative conversations. Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, the role focuses on meeting/exceeding client service and sales targets by offering deposit, credit, retirement and other financial products, and partnering with internal specialists for complex needs. Emphasis on building relationships, proactive problem resolution, and maintaining compliance with policies while delivering a high level of service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check
- ability to multi-task under time constraints
- ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including temporary assignment or locale changes
- ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights
