Job Summary
Provide an industry-leading client service experience through in-person and phone interactions, developing and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. Execute advanced sales functions for deposit, credit, and convenience products while advising on consumer lending options and taking loan applications. Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by offering tailored financial solutions and referring complex needs to internal specialists. Perform required teller duties, including routine maintenance requests, problem resolution, and greeting clients to uncover needs. Commit to advancing product knowledge through training classes, web-based learning, and leadership routines. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check which includes meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
- Regular Language Fluency: English (Required)
- Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
