Job Summary
Relationship Banker at a Chase branch focused on building and managing lasting client relationships. You will deliver attentive, hospitality-driven service, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), tailor product and service recommendations, and collaborate with a team of experts to address customers' financial needs while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires strong communication, a track record of sales success in financial services, the ability to meet clients’ needs proactively, and availability for branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Preferred: College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (if applicable) and NMLS registration requirements
