Job Summary
Relationship Banker role at the San Jose Experience Center focusing on member-first sales: handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks), open and maintain deposit/loan accounts, provide high-quality member service, proactively identify products to meet member needs, and meet monthly sales and service metrics. Requires ability to listen, advise on tailored financial products, strong written/verbal communication, independent and collaborative work style, comfort with computer systems, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role
