Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM) and accurately process cash transactions. Build relationships to understand clients’ financial needs, connect them with suitable solutions, and drive the client experience. Follow established processes, grow product knowledge through collaboration with experts in small business, lending, and investments, manage center traffic and outbound calls, and demonstrate flexibility to work weekends or extended hours. Proficiency with self-service technologies, adaptability to new information and platforms, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

- Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Focuses on results, while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
