Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions. Develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connect them to solutions that meet financial goals, and educate clients on self-service technologies. Build relationships to grow the bank's business knowledge, collaborate with experts in lending and investments, manage center traffic and appointments, drive the client experience, and adhere to laws and regulations. Flexible to work weekends/extended hours as needed; emphasis on customer-focused problem solving, effective communication, and delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
